Hello! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dusty, and I am thrilled to be your coach for the upcoming 12-week boot camp. Let me share a bit about my background. I grew up in the picturesque Coeur d'Alene River area, specifically on my family's quaint quarter horse ranch. From a young age, I immersed myself in various sports, participating in them throughout my academic years and even continuing in college at NIC, where I competed in track and field. During my time at NIC, I had the privilege of representing the college at the NJCAA track championships in Odessa, Texas. In my second year, I achieved a commendable 6th place in the high jump, earning the title of All-American in that event. Growing up, I was fortunate to train, ride, and compete with extraordinary horses, solidifying my passion for being a dedicated cowgirl. Over the years, I have won numerous competitions and have spent a decade instructing gaming for horse camps. Additionally, I offer private lessons on the side. I firmly believe in constantly honing my skills and knowledge, as there is always room for improvement in everything we do. For the past 24 years, I have also been working as a barber stylist, and I must say, I absolutely adore my job! Time has flown by so quickly! Furthermore, I have had the joy of raising six litters of puppies throughout my life, including labradoodles and Idaho shaggy doodles. I have always been known for my vibrant spirit, infectious smiles, and boundless energy. You may be wondering why someone like me would need Melfit, given my active lifestyle and positive outlook. Well, life has its way of throwing curveballs, and even the healthiest individuals can lose themselves in this chaotic world. That was precisely my experience. In 2004, I got married and became a mother to my son. However, this marked the beginning of a tumultuous period in my life. I found myself trapped in a toxic marriage, enduring mental, emotional, physical, and financial abuse. I felt utterly broken and unrecognizable to those who knew me. Tears became a daily occurrence, and I struggled with my weight for a staggering 17 years. Despite my efforts to control it, I was unsuccessful. I tried various diets and supplements, including plexus slim, true vision, and keto pills, but they all proved to be mere gimmicks. Each time, I hit a roadblock and regained all the weight I had lost, leaving me devastated. My struggle was undeniably real. However, hope arrived in the form of Melissa and Melfit. This program is the real deal, a lifestyle change that has transformed my life. I am genuinely excited to coach you and witness the positive impact it will have on your life too. Melfit has made me feel like I am reversing the aging process. I have gone from my lowest point to the highest peak of my life. I now possess the energy and a healthy body to embrace life to the fullest. My goal is for you to experience the same level of joy and well-being. Rest assured, I will give my utmost effort to guide you towards achieving your goals. Currently, I hold the title of Melfit's biggest loser, having shed an impressive 36.9 pounds in just 12 weeks. However, records are meant to be broken, and together, we will surpass this milestone. My aim is to bring a smile to your face every time you look in the mirror. They say it takes 30 days to form a new habit, and by embracing this lifestyle change, I have successfully maintained my weight for over two years. There is no turning back now! When I ask you what healthy food looks and tastes like to you, be prepared to have your mind blown. The recipes in this program are truly remarkable. I am ready and eager to be your coach. I wholeheartedly believe in this program, in myself, and in the supportive Melfit community I am a part of. Most importantly, I believe in you.
