MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 2
We created this plan for clients who have completed the MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1 successfully and still have some weight to lose or goals to reach before moving on to either our MelFit 6 Week Shred plan or our MelFit 12 Maintenance Plan.
What can I expect?
π Plan is accessible through the MelFit App (no PDF or having to log into a website)
π Weekly meal plans that include 36 healthy main dishes, 12 snacks, and 12 desserts.
π No logging, macro, or calorie counting.
π Weekly check inβs and accountability from a Coach.
π 25 minute at home workouts with a mat and a set of dumbbells.
π Easy 25 minute or less recipes that are gluten free, dairy free, and no processed sugar.
π Video workouts and instructional cooking/food prepping videos that can be streamed on your T.V. or tablet.
π Detailed shopping lists provided for each week.
π Education that teaches you how to lose weight, maintain, and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Do I need to log my food everyday and figure out my own macros?
Answer:
ABSOLUTLEY NOT! Just like on the MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1, I have already figured that out for you.

What are the differences between the two plans?
Answer:
Melfit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1 gives you a gradual climb on exercise. We start at 3 days a week and then work to 5. This 2nd phase is intended to be for clients who are already working out 5 days a week consistently.

Do I still get a weekly check in with a coach?
Answer:
Yes, same drill! You check in through the MelFit App every week like the MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1.

Are there detailed grocery lists like there were in MelFit 12 Week Bootcamp Phase 1?

Yes, there are printable grocery lists for each week.

Do I need to be a MelFit APP subscriber to access the plan?
Answer:
Yes, you do need to be a Melfit APP subscriber ($29.99/month) to access your plan. I tell clients think of the MelFit APP as your textbook.
